You need to go jogging, it's good for you. Cardio is great for stamina, general health, and endurance. Decide on a work out schedule here and stick to it

How are you going to run the fields of equestria with your waifu if you have no endurance?

I started to run 5 times per week last month, last week one of my teeth got an infection so I can't do anything.
It feels bad to stop my training this sudden, will it impact my gains?

I did some on and off running for over half a year, but without a particular plan or any real attention to gains. Maybe four months ago I started paying attention and put my goal on to run a sub-30 min 5k. I was getting really tired, to the point of being forced into walking (mostly lung exhaustion, even though I control my breathing quite extensively) after about 2k. I since moved that threshold to ~3,5k but I feel like there's some issue I'm overlooking. Is it normal progress speed (5 runs a week) or is there something to my thinking? Also I'm a social smoker, but I autistically count every smoke I take, currently sitting at 694 over the course of 3 years. This doesn't seem to me like reason enough, even as a kid I remember my endurance being pretty bad.

>mfw I've had a foot injury which prevented me from running for 3 weeks and it didn't lose me any gains
