To speculate. It has probably been growing up in a trans-home with "two fathers", and they have been playing dress-up with it. This has mentally scarred it for life and they still force their twisted world view upon him/her. It is caught in a constant blame game where it's "parents" shame it for trying to be normal, hetrosexual and believing in values. Dressing it up like this is their way to "fix" it and eradicate any self worth and hope for a wholesome world it have.
