>defensive coordinator for dolphins in 2016 where they were ranked 29th in the nfl
>db coach every year before that
>won the job over qualified coordinators such as kyle shannahan and josh mcdaniels
For those of us who live in CO, you also got to see him praised as the most smart and athletically talented coach to ever grace the broncos locker room on the local ((news)) channels.

I can only say that he has a very monkey-like face, but I do not know enough about him to have an informed opinion (do not live in CO).
If he is skilled in the art of football-coaching, he deserves adequate respect.

Also, diversity-hiring isn't that common in football is it? It already has plenty of diversity. I can't imagine giving up meritocracy in the name of diversity for a job as important as coaching.

From what i've seen, he was highly under qualified to get the esteemed position of denver bronco head coach. It goes against every instinct i have to not have faith in Mr. Elway, as is often the case, John has found something that noone else could detect.

Teams are required to interview black coaches because there are so few in the NFL. See: the Rooney rule. Niggers are only good at doing things that require little to no intellectual process. This is why so few black quarterbacks have won a super bowl (Russell Wilson is half white).
