Who invented the chair?
2 posts omitted. Click reply to view.

The chair was invented in 1724 by Gustave Chaire, a French nobleman. Prior to its invention people used to stand constantly because the only type of seating available was the throne, which only kings were allowed to sit in. Rudimentary church pews also existed as early as the late Middle Ages, but the downside was you could only sit in church, you couldn't take the pews with you when you left.

It's funny, because you're actually pretty close, according to wiki.
"Once the idea of privilege faded the chair speedily came into general use."
See that, SJW? See what great things man can do when they aren't hung up over "privilege"?

you're both wrong, it was invented in the year 69 by Augustus Chair when he tried to squat on a box!

My guess would be "first person to consciously move a comfortable thing to sit on to where it was needed".

Is this a sandwich?

It has been sliced down the middle.
None of those are sandwiches.
Hotdog is a single piece of bread. None of the others are bread or two pieces of bread.

No, this is what happens when you fuck a ponut too hard and it breaks. be gentle with your horse waifu, anon

If you really think about it, the bagel has to be the most Jewish food out there. Think about it, the inventors must've been thinking:
>"Oy Herschel, this is a good piece of bread, but it costs twenty cents to make, and that's fah too much!"
>"Yeh you're right, Shlomo, but what're we to do?"
>"What if we just took out the middle and sold it at the same price?"
>"Even these dumb goyim wouldn't fall for dat!'
>"Oh my gahd, dey fell for it!"

I still do love bagels, tbh, even if they aren't good for me.

What is a sandwich really?

Anybody /biz/ here?
I got an offer to do daytrading for a succesful person since the person sees me as one of the few capable of doing this.

The person offers the money and I offer the time.

But to do this I need more information and a clue on what I am dealing with.

Anybody got any experience on this? Any advice?

Buy high sell low
Don't use Tether (if that's even still around) or anything like it
Periodically move profits out of the exchange into a wallet
Periodically actually cash out to dollaroos
Understand the what and why of the word "portfolio"
Any exchange that allows you to go short on coins like ether is ripping off users that go long, so use coins like that when you need to go short and never go long on them on that exchange.
Don't let numbers, red or green, emotionally affect you.
Don't read the fluff people write to hype up their coin or crypto in general.
Actually, do read the fluff, but now keep in mind they're probably taking the time to write it to fight the imminent collapse of that coin. If everything is going well they're either too busy working or too busy enjoying their success to waste time writing articles.
Get a good RSS ticker that updates quickly.

>mfw having someone do daytrading for me under these very conditions

Tell your client the market is low right now and they should buy. Point him to a logarithmic graph if you want to back up your claim.

Look up market psychology and look for patterns. Other from that I have no advice. I usually just invest in ETF's with decent dividends.

Okay so I fooled around with test account and learned a lot of stuff but there is one thing I just don't understand.
What is the difference between "buy/sell limit" and "buy/sell stop"?
Both execute the pending order once a certain level is reached.

Dog of Flanders is also a pretty good one.
If there's one thing that owning dogs has taught me, it's that everything will eventually come to a close. That it's important to cherish every moment we get with our loved ones, because they could end at any moment.

File: 1526745991492.png (624.84 KB, 927x705, ClipboardImage.png)

I had 4 dogs throughout almost 20 years of my life. I don't really remember the first one, but I remember when my second one got hit by a car. He died in my arms. I was merely 12 years old, and it was a very heartbreaking experience. The third one died at age of 3 as he went to a nearby forest and ate some fox poison. He was found dead a few days later. I couldn't even hug him, because his body was cold and already full of some worms. I didn't want another dog after that. But my parents were stubborn and bought another dog. Took me a while to accept him. We don't let him out of our backyard anymore, because we don't want him to die so quickly. I'm genuinely crying as I write this post. I still remember the dream in which I saw my previous doggo and heard the "True True Friend" song from the show. I'll never forget that.
