I keep getting this error message when I try to post

Not sure why you would get that error.
Some things you can try before doing the usual (have you tried to turn the computer off and on again).
Try clearing cookies and/or Hard reload of page Ctrl+F5
You should be able to post on other boards when you can post on this.

I was replying to the /sg/ thread. I've been following /sg/ here and on 4chan more closely than usual recently because of the recent escalation over Syria. I replied to some anon asking about why 4chan is down at the moment. (Also I was pissed because there was a good pikmin thread going on /v/ last night and now we can't continue what had so far been a really excellent discussion) I attached a pikmin photo (pic related) to the post, but it doesn't matter because it wouldn't let me post regardless of image. I dunno why it'll let me post here though.
The exact wording of my attempted post was:

Strange. I'll do some investigating why this is happening. Have you tried other browser just to rule out the possibility it is a browser thing.
