Quick Reply window issues

>The Character Counter
The character counter in the quick reply window does not work. It remains constant at 6000. (Exhibit A)
The character counter in the top reply window works perfectly. (Exhibit B)
There's already another thread that made note of this issue >>1101 →... SEVEN MONTHS AGO.

>Stretching
When you stretch the top reply window to where it is bigger than the screen and then hit "Quick Reply", the quick reply window also stretches the same way as the Top Reply window, but the top is off the screen, so I can't close it out or move it. The bottom right corner can used to shrink the Quick Reply window, but the top remains off the screen and I have to reload the page to fix the quick reply window. (Exhibit C)

Granted, I can avoid this issue by shrinking the top reply window BEFORE I hit Quick Reply, but I'd prefer a more elegant solution, like making the Quick Reply window have a constant initial size instead of being affected by the size of the Top Reply Window.

>Removing selected files to upload
Potential newfag issue, but on 4chin, when I want to remove a selected file from the quick reply reply window, all I had to do was hold "Shift" and click on the "Browse..." button, and it removed the unwanted file. Plus, when you hover over the "Browse..." button after a file has been selected, a pop-up box appears telling the user what must be done to remove the file. (Exhibit D)
I tried multiple systems with Mlpol.net (Shift+click, Alt+click, Ctrl+click), but the unwanted file(s) do(es)n't go away and I have to reload the page and start the uploading files cycle again.

Anons, feel free to pipe in with other issues you've had with the Quick Reply window or any reply UI.

The file in question has been deleted, and the code should now no longer be visible to anyone.

I'll ask about selecting file deletion

One final quip:
The file box option in pic related is redundant now, and downright misleading. That's what was giving me all the trouble. It needs to be removed, if possible.

If you click on your name it shows or hides the password field (depending on if it is showing or hiding at the moment of click)

Sadly I don't know the story. But I assume most of the pictures are in Celestia's private collection kept for her own amusement and pleasure.

I see the Quick Reply character counter is functional!
Now if we can be able to remove selected files like Exhibit D in OP
