As a website, aren't we automatically distributors though? We're an open place that anyone can access and download content from, so I'd say that it would be fair to call us "distributors of content"
I don't even know why it would be valid to upload gore stuff to the website anyway. It doesn't really accomplish anything, other than being generally untasteful.
