Google translate:

Military planners hold the EU disintegration conceivable
>For the first time the army has played through to SPIEGEL information social and political trends to the 2040th The strategists also develop a worst-case scenario there.

>The German military considers the disintegration of the European Union and the West over the next few decades a possibility, according to an internal report seen by Der Spiegel.

>The 102-page “Strategic Perspective 2040” report — adopted in late February and kept under wraps since then — outlines six scenarios for how social trends and international conflicts are likely to play out and influence German security, the weekly magazine reported Saturday.

Lots of Western media reports like:

>German military study: EU collapse conceivable worst case

>The Western order could fall apart by 2040, according to an internal Bundeswehr report.

>It includes a worst-case scenario [presumably #6] in which the EU unravels and Germany is forced into a “reactive mode.” In this projection, the international order falls apart after “decades of instability,” value systems lose their influence and globalization grinds to a halt.

Does that sound like nationalism?

>“EU enlargement has been largely abandoned, other states have left the community, Europe has lost its global competitiveness,” [number #4] the report reads, according to Der Spiegel. “The increasingly disorderly, sometimes chaotic and conflict-prone world has dramatically changed the security environment of Germany and Europe.”

>In another scenario — “West versus East” [number #5] — a handful of Eastern EU states freeze European integration while others join the eastern bloc. The “multipolar competition” scenario sees extremism on the rise and several EU partners moving toward the Russian political model.

I am surprised they are so open about it suddenly. Lets see if they can counteract it. A continental authoritarian police state would be a good start.

top to bottom US education is terrible, and not just because they're biased either the whole system is just a big incompetent mess that prioritizes following instructions and getting good grades over quality education or actual learning. Even if they did cover more and represent it accurately as the system is now the overwhelming majority of students would still forget everything as soon as the test on it was over.

college is especially bad, regardless of field of study. in STEM for example I've read that the majority of people working in programming are self taught, but also in liberal arts it's a fact that most successful artists never went to college or any higher education while most people with any sort of art degree either are not artists or are not successful
