I just have some general advice. Although it might not exactly apply directly for this.
Having fun (at least not being miserable) is possibly the most important thing for any project.
I will say staying on the cutting edge of break throughs is an exercise of sifting through enormous piles of garbage before finding the hidden gems.
Keep doing what works with those that actually care (the true fans).
Creativity, and trying new things is also important to try, but contaminating something people love isn't great. Expend it on something new
Stagnation is death, fixing (or fully embracing) the errors and flaws each time reaching a little tiny bit higher for embetterment.
Oust the malignant cancer (SJW, (((Jews))), Mudslimes, NPCs, misguided people ect.), and the benign cancer (NPCs, apathetic people (some managers, human resources, penny pinchers, and coin counters, even those 'on the ground'), misguided people, ect.). However getting rid of everyone not with the same love, and vision is really hard, and normally isn't tenable.

He doesn't really care about truth or morality, he only cares about power and sees them as tools the powerful (like him) can use to control people who believe in them.
