There's nothing wrong with that. The issue here is that everyone is one-sided. Back when /pol/ was good a million years ago, you'd still get some discussion, and enough people weren't retarded, so you wouldn't just get "hurr shill".
For instance, although on one hand I do not like our government or their imperialism since it's for selfish motives, on the other hand, the situation towards the end of the Roman Republic was similar, and when it became an Empire, the conquered land ended up benefiting the Roman people, and bringing glory to Rome. More than likely, the same will happen to the USA. What irony!
