I have not heard or seen anything that suggest that Christian Weston Chandler will attend this event in 2019. A search just now on his twitter showed nothing. However, CWC has received increased fan fundings as of this year, getting gifts and sales for merchandise he gave away. So it is reasonably to assume he is liquid enough to afford it.

If you encounter him make sure to film the confrontation and remind him that he declared war on Natsoc Bronies in his infamous video from January 2018. Since the cow came to us and provoked us without any outside encouragement on our part MLPOL has the right to retaliate without holding back.

also avoid touching him at any cost, he is a walking plaque bearer.
