Is there an /mlp/ recommended episode watching guide? I kinda tuned out around the start of season 3.
The ride is pretty much over. Id say just watch the show in chronological order, take what you can get from it and if an episode really irks you just skip it. I really enjoyed it up to season 5, but after that is went downhill fast. Some would claim season 3 really ended it with Twis wings. I held on hard till the end of season 7 despite its reduced quality, but this season is just a sign that it should have ended already. At this point I watch it because its there, out of some nostalgia I suppose. If I didnt frequent this place I probably would have just forgot about it.

Truth be told, and i'm not a Hasdrone. I'm actually pretty excited to see what they come up with. So far, i think the art style looks promising atleast.

Im convinced G5 will be a complete diversity inclusive nightmare. I could be wrong but the current trends point to it.
I too miss the golden era of mlp. Was just listening to a bunch of pmvs from 2011-2014 and it really hit hard. I find it hard to believe Ive been on this ride for seven years.

I'll admit to curiosity but I suspect it's going to not be worth bothering about. I got into this show mainly because of /mlpol/, I have no particular interest in any of the previous generations and I doubt any of the subsequent generations will be this good. This particular series was a happy accident. I'm just going to enjoy the part of the ride that I get to enjoy, lament that I didn't get on sooner, and let it die gracefully when it's over.
