The way I'd approach the argument is to point out that the apologists are actually the ones who are making the whole thing about crossdressing, and that's literally the only justification they have for it. The only reason this is able to slide by without anyone calling it child exploitation is because the kid is a transgender or a drag queen or whatever the fuck he is, so they can say it's some kind of LGBT pride thing. The thing is though, if you were to remove that element from it, literally no one would be able to argue in favor of this without sounding like a pedo advocate.
Look at it like this: if this was a real girl the same age doing the same thing in the same clothes, would anyone in their right mind think this shit was ok?
