What presidency will reap the rewards? Obviously nothing will happen before 2020 or even 2024. For now I'd assume democrats win in 2024, isn't that just long enough for NASA to whip something up?
Is a moon mission still prestigious enough for socialists to use it as PR, or is it entirely out of vogue?
