they are actually giving Facebook, Twitter anf Google and aLl the TOOL to censor and ban people who creates memes or fanart or anything covered under art.13 including screenshots or articles, and this is the biggest thing. Of course all these sites will comply and enforce this EU regulation!

i can imagine from the perspective of Axel Voss and the EU this has to be one of the best laws they ever passed in their history.
