>The chance of California splitting into three has moved a step closer after a billionaire secured enough signatures to trigger a referendum on the issue.
>Tim Draper, who made his money through Hotmail and Skype, has gathered 600,000 signatures supporting the change – way above the 364,000 needed.
>Those who want to break up California believe it would boost educational standards and reduce the political power of Sacramento, the state’s capital.
>Providing the state authorities agree the signatures are genuine a referendum on the issue will be held this November alongside other mid-term elections.
>Mr Draper met Nigel Farage, the former Ukip leader, just weeks after Britain voted to leave the EU

…yeah.
Jefferson counties will totally want to be lumped in with San Fagsicko, Sacramento, and Marin.

I agree, this idea would only be good if it separated SF and LA from the rest of California.

Realistically what will happen if this passes? California is the biggest liberal state in the U.S. when it comes to voting.

If Commifornia actually secede, republicans will likely win the coming elections for all foreseeable future. Also all illegals can be shipped to Commifornia. Then Hawaii will probably also secede and join Commifornia.

This feels sort of like an attempt to gain an additional 4 Democrat senators in Congress, since three states will mean three times as many senators

I agree. Placing the Californias two biggest cities in separate states ensuring liberal dominance in both. And also stealing all the northern farmland forcing them into even stronger leftist rule is a recipe for hard core communism.

what I like about the proposed map is it puts California's major cities in different states, so the power of those cities would be broken up considerably. However, I'm still worried those cities would still be able to exert enough influence over their respective states to keep them blue, and then we'd have three small blue states instead of one large one, which wouldn't really be much better. Considering Northern California would contain both Sacramento and San Francisco I think we could count on Northern Cali remaining indefinitely blue. I think a better approach would be to put SF and Sacramento in its own small state and then fuse Northern California to Oregon to create Jefferson. The combined power of the rural areas might be enough to overpower Portland and Eugene and make a red stronghold in the Northwest.

If they couldn't keep it blue why else do you think they'd allow it? The dems would never hand over this state EVER. The only way they'd be fine with splitting it up is if it'd mean they'd safely keep the state large amount of influence. Which means keeping the central valley split among all three, and keeping Jefferson tied to the biggest fagots on earth.

Pretty much, guess I'll have to read up on the referendum bill, if its splitting the state into these three districts or if its letting the state gov do it themselves, ect.
I remember at one point they wanted to make it 6 states, but that would never fly since it'd give 2 or three more red states.

The way that map us currently drawn all three of those states will be liberal bastions.
We are basically giving California 4 extra electoral votes and recieving nothing in return

Nigger-stepdad-anon asking: what state should someone looking to start from scratch go to, with six years' experience as a housekeeper and little else? Northwest/Cascadia and midwest look good but specifics are always nice. Frankly I think as soon as I pay my bills I'm going to run off with nothing but my car, PC and a prepaid phone.

If you find a place let me know. I was thinking about the northwest myself when I get enough money to live off of my investments payments alone but that requires a large sum of money put away which doesn't look like it'll happen anytime soon due to the crypto crash. Now I'm trying to get my work to move me to Texas, but thats because my line of work has a lot of stuff in Texas. So I'm not sure if an entry level job would be good over there. Guess what I'll recommend is looking for a place to work and then leaving for there instead of just running off and ending up in a situation where you might have to run back.

Yeah, and from what I understand the tech industry in Texas isn't far behind California in terms of leftist policy and communist shit. Lots of Californians move inland to the nearest state with a tech industry and infest it with the exact things that they left California for, so I really don't know what would be best. I know already that Illinois, Florida, Texas, and the capital cities of most states are off the board when it comes to leftist shit and job markets; I'd love myself somewhere rural with a moderate amount of access to things like the internet and media. Hopefully somewhere where I could learn and work as a hardware/software careerman but I wouldn't really know where that would be.

That'll be a hard thing to get I'd warn you that the likelihood of finding a small town where you can slip in without prior job experience is sorta difficult since they don't have a big need for unskilled labor like they do in cities, that and most of those entry level potions are seen as for teens and college aged people. You might be in the age range where they still might hire you for that though. It might be a better idea before leaving to stay a few months more and pic up a job, regardless of how small so you can get your foot into the workforce so you'll have at least something on your resume.

Well, most people leaving this state are whites who have been brainwashed very hard.

I live in the Northwest and I don't personally recommend it for what you're looking for. Pricewise it's probably better than California but not by enough, and it's risen dramatically even in the last four years. The scenery is nice and it's a pleasant area to exist in, but the cities here are pretty much leftist hives and cost of living is on the rise. Pretty much anywhere along the I5 corridor I would say don't even consider because it's going to be the same thing you left sooner or later. I would say aim for a decent sized city in the Midwest somewhere, large enough to where you could find work but not a city that is likely to be a destination anytime soon.

Who knows how long any city is going to hold out though. From what I gather the leftist endgame is to basically turn every American city into San Francisco. I read an article today saying that even Nashville is getting pozzed. We really need to get the next civil war kicked off.

This shit aint gonna work. In all three divisions on the map, they all have some giant leftist city in them that would steal all the influence and votes. Only way splitting commiefornia that would acutally be worth a damn is if you isolated those big leftist cities into one state while the rest of the rural areas have theirs. This shit will do nothing but add leftist senators and representatives in congress and create more leftist influence than commiefornia already has.
