No, full ancap is to say that parents should have a choice between a wide variety of schools which are not regulated by a coercive entity, or that they may choose to homeschool if they'd like. Voluntary associations can pop up to regulate themselves, but they can't force a school that doesn't associate with them not to operate.

The point of anarcho capitalism is voluntarism. It does not mean you can't have a governing body, only that association with the governing body should be voluntary. If you form an association with rules, and choose to follow those rules and pay dues into that association, you can have whatever benefits that association provides. Maybe some parents would prefer to send their student to a school that is accredited, and would send their kid to an EEA school. Maybe some other parents would prefer their student receive a holistic education, and would send their kid to Twilight's school. Some other parents might think both are a bad idea and don't want their kid indoctrinated, and would homeschool them.

What is important is that all options exist on the table. The EEA schools can self-regulate according to their association. Twilight's school can exist unaccredited, or perhaps form its own accrediting body as it opens up branch campuses, which runs a different set of rules to the EEA. Imagine that: multiple COMPETING accreditation agencies, and parents get to choose any of them, or none of the above.

THAT is what freedom is.

Those were great episodes, and I miss when people were able to call them the weakest episodes. They endeared Twilight to the audience, used her to bring us into the silly magical world, and used ponies proving themselves as cool moral people to make us care when she saved the silly magical world that turned out to be a pretty wonderful place to live.

Bonus points go to Pinkie's song, a song about how silly dumb things like silliness and laughter can be genuinely fun and can help during the dark times. If that episode was written today, Twilight or Glimmer would use magic to solve everything, and anypony who tried singing would fail at singing and whatever the singer tried to do.

It’s not a bad episode for sure, I wanted more Yaks and Dragons. But I also want more changings and not nu-lings. But I think the parts where the chancellor was hamfisted as a racist was shitty and Mary-Poochie-Sue convincing twilight to “fight da power” only adds on to my hatred of the writters making her the pivotal point in any plot she is in.
