The rusty sabers can be ordered to rattle, yet asides imprisoning a few tourists each year, enslaving perhaps 25% of the population, and the leaders ordering 10-15 million US dollars of US goods through dubiously open channels, what does the nation truly DO? The answer is nothing. At all moments North Korea is the poster child for a "lookie here, these guys are doing something bad, goy!" distraction.
