Can we discuss the black sun?

I've been seeing this stuff on 4/pol/ more and its really confusing. I like the aesthetic and saving the images but the people posting it are super vague and new-agey. Never really paid attention to it even on this site. If anyone cares to share about I'd appreciate it or it might be stuck in my mind as a hippy meme with a nigger hating twist.

It's a traditional pagan symbol, used in the same vein as the swastika.

From what i understand, its a replacement for the swastika. I believe it originated post war in Germany. At least thats what (((Wikipedia))) says.

From what I can tell, black sun was used in ancient religions that worshiped the sun and has a symbolic meaning of central power. This can be representative of a central national power, aka nationalism. This is why several people use to show allegiance to nationalistic goals. It has a new age meaning too now, but mainly it is seen by normies as a hate symbol.

funny how many people groups across the world have the same or similar beliefs, symbols, and ideas, it makes you think… (Genesis 11:9)… but more on my opinion on these things at a different place and time

The Black Sun originated as a design Heinrich Himmler specified for one of his famous retreats, a countryside castle. Since then his fans have celebrated it as a symbol that is more esoteric and paganist than the swastika.

Also, a surprising number of people on the far right are into New Age spiritualism and occultism. Just read an account of Julius Evola, for instance. Even on this site we had a thread about tulpas and summoning demonic spirits.

These people were using it in references to some secret society and seeking enlightenment. They were referencing Hindusism a lot as well.

Yeah, that typically happens with sun worship. Note the connection with Egyptian religion and the symbolism in free masonry, with the eye being the light in the sky, aka the sun. They also seek enlightenment in the form of knowledge or spiritual understanding, thus using the eye to represent seeing what they say is truth and the sun which represents the truth is as clear as day. heresy the whole lot of it, and it always goes deeper into satanic ritual as well

I'm a bit worried that even if we won completely and eradicated Jewish Satanism, it would just be replaced by esoteric Satanism or some variation of it. It wouldn't surprise me though, given how Satan plays both sides in ideological conflicts as surely as Soros plays off both sides in material conflicts.

Thing is, though, most of us here use it purely as a political symbol and as a way for us to differentiate ourselves from 4/pol/, as they already use the swastika. If we were using it as a religious symbol I would be worried, but many symbols can change their meaning entirely once they are used in a different setting. For instance, the crucifix to the Romans was just a means to punish enemies of the state - a political symbol - but as soon as the Christians took it for their own as a religious symbol it became a symbol of salvation instead.

I personally wouldn't call it New Age occultism. It's more like an occultist Renaissance, as neither tulpas nor demon-summoning are anywhere near new or even revolutionized. They've just reentered our version of the mainstream. Harmless in some instances, and worrying in others. It's still something we should keep an eye on, though, even if tulpas are a long-standing part of /mlp/ culture.

Bodhi Mantra. He is the one pushing the black sun occultism. I am still honestly trying to figure him out. He used to namefag on 4/pol/ back in 2017 until everyone got sick of his shit. He still posts as anonymous, often linking his YouTube channel of the same name. Check it out for yourself, it seems to be a mix of new age spirituality, history, and occultism. All of his videos are taken from other channels and he does not make his own content. He used to go on rants claiming he was part of a secret society named The Black Sun and made claims that it was this society that fed 4/pol/ most of its actual knowledge/info/redpills. I, however, have seen no evidence that there is anyone else in this secret society besides him. In his namefagging days he also used to shill a book he wrote on secret societies/occultism. He seems highly schizo/autistic and is often very brash, aggressive, and condescending in his interactions with other anons.

So that's where Jackie Chan tulpa from the /mlp/ 4chan cup team came from.

Yup. The meme is that Jackie Chan tulpas are guaranteed never to fail, and that if you screwed up your tulpa, you should have just gone with a Jackie Chan one.

but you may be asking yourself:
>but anon, what happens if my Jackie Chan tulpa fails?
then you make a Chuck Norris tulpa, and a Bruce Lee tulpa if that one fails too.
>but wait, what happens if my Bruce Lee tulpa fails too?
then you're fucked

It is a christian symbol aswell
The black sun is an ancient symbol for the Aryan godhead. In esotericism, it is understood to be a reference to the fundamental quality of Christ, and all prefigurations of Christ in Aryan spirituality (Odin crucified on the world tree, etc). Christ is the Logos, the manifestation of God in Man who has learned to see "as a blindman", learned awareness of the immaterial world, rejected the fallen world of sin and materialism, embraced the true Light of God. Christ is "he who walks in the light of the blind man's sun". It is an analogue to the Hakenkreuz, or the Aryan cross, also a reference to the Logos of Christ and the "Invisible Sun" of God's Light. Both symbols were common in the ancient world, from Greece and Rome to Byzantium and Northern Europe. Some examples have even been found on red haired mummies in China and Central Asia. These are ancient Aryan symbols for God. Also stop spamming how only larper pagans can be adherents to the Black Sun

I’m a Christian and that is the weirdest interpretation of Christ I have heard in a while. He wasn’t a learned blind man from what I can tell. The Bible claims him as God come in flesh. Interesting take though.

Time to time, you have somebody picking up an old label and using it to push their agenda.

It's not uncommon for someone to hijack an old symbol and aggressively display an occult-culture-influenced perspective that, when materialized with the lack of or cherry-picked evidence they provide, amounts to little more than LARP'ing. There are plenty of self-purported "occultists" who aesthetically rail against New Age stuff, but who themselves are judeo-xtian shills and agents. Trust no one at this time.
