So now, how about some herbs… tea? Forget about your usual bagged shit. Try only loosly packed ones. IMPORTANT!!! Don't pour hot water on herbs/tea. It makes them loose their valuable properities. Instead, brew them in cold water and later fill it with the hot one. Or even don't. Tastes bad? Cry me a river…. Not every healthy stuff tastes pleasently.
Bread? Cut it, make only from whole-some flour, best all by yourself, you can buy prepeared mixes of flour, only add water/yeast.

Avoid foods that are incredibly high in carbohydrates. They will provide an immediate short term burst of energy, followed by a crash as your body uses insulin to convert it into fat.

Fats are an excellent source of energy, providing 9 calories per gram compared to 4 for carbs and protein. Don't overdo them, however. Pick at least one cruciferous vegetable (e.g. broccoli, kale, cauliflower) to eat regularly. Even if you're a picky eater, you should get used to one of them, and find some way to incorporate it into your daily meals. These are nutrient-dense and have been proven to help prevent cancer. They also kill estrogen, which is good if you've had a lot of soy in your diet.

Proper portion size and exercise will ultimately be what keeps your waistline in check, but your food choices will impact your overall health down the line. There are over 30 million Americans with type-2 diabetes, and many of them don't even know they have it. Don't be a statistic.

Consuming soy or any other phytoestrogen-rich plant product regularly is both antithetical to the biological requirements for being a healthy 'red-blooded' White male, it is also a capitulation to the overall kike globalist plots to emasculate said White men.
