The reason why usually small censoring is greater than actual exposure is because since a human is curious, our brains tend to fill the gap of erotism.
Take for example skimpy clothing: they are almost non existing, but yet they block tits and puss. Our brains say "yo nig, there's hot in there", so your mind starts to build the "blocked" parts.
