What can anti-fascists do against groups like PVV and FvD? But also ask ourselves the question if our actions are still effective and what to improve.

These things are all about who you know and where you get your information, come up with a decent cover and rehearse a series of responses in the event you get questioned. I recommend playing the concerned citizen angle, if they're too busy thinking about how best to orient a "new convert" they won't stop to question your motives too much. Do not go alone if you can help it, they'll be on high alert for infiltration attempts, if you can get one or two people to go with you, your cover will be that much more believable.
Hard mode: Make it out with A/V recordings without raising suspicions.
Bonus points: Invest in discreet recording devices.
