What is /mlpol/'s opinion on FairTax?
>What is FairTax?
FairTax is a bill that proposes a complete tax reform that replaces the current tax system with a 23% sales tax, and provides a monthly prebate to citizens.

I would prefer a flat tax vs a FairTax so a flat tax of 10% income tax for everyone across the board

The income tax and sales tax should be abolished, and Revenue should be derived from tariffs like it used to be.

There is no legal basis for taxes, nor taxation caused by the criminalization of an activity. The IRS is an illegal, unconstitutional agency that technically holds no power, may not issue orders, cannot be in contact with judges, and above all may not request military aid, ie: "police", in assuming it's duty. What is it's duty? Stealing US monies to launder through Puerto Rico.

Tariffs on the other hoof..

taxation should be voluntary, if the government stops wasting money and does worthwhile things I'd be inclined to pay them but they shouldn't be able to force me

Taxing consumption will only hurt the most poor people in our nations. It is the furthest thing from “fair” imaginable.

If you really want to fix taxes you have to fix banking so it’s not a fucking Rothschild debt funnel. Get the power of coining money back in the hands of the national government and never let private bankers control it again.

As for taxes the government should learn to live on SPECIFIC excise taxes and tariffs as is written in the constitution. I say specific excise taxes because whatever you give the government the power to tax you give them the power to destroy. Granting the power to tax income or sales universally makes them de facto masters, and removes all anonymity and autonomy from the citizens in the economic realm.

Finally everyone who has obscenely profited from thie current economic system must be executed for their crimes. I suggest we kill The top 1% richest individuals, and live in their houses.

Coincidentally this will eliminate 43% of the Jewish population in the United States, which I am certain every true /pol/ack will rejoice over.

Stop the engines, I like that part:
>Coincidentally this will eliminate 43% of the Jewish population in the United States, which I am certain every true /pol/ack will rejoice over.
So we can sell them on the auctions and from the earnings organize private kike-removal death squad.

Going on either side of the tax debate, it doesn't look like the left would like it nor the right and anyone here. I don't like it neither since it's a tax on the consumption from the biggest spenders (middle and lower class) in that regard despite the 15,000 dollar prebate for the lowest poverty households. Not only that, it doesn't even keep up revenue. It's a mess. You're better looking at a VAT tax.

I think the Fairtax is the best part of a shit sandwich.

Tax is necessary for legitimate, Constitutionally outlined, government functions.

Just right now, about 85% of the federal government is unconstitutional.

It is legal theft.
Which is why it should be heavily restricted, loaded with red tape to implement and increase, and in methods the citizens can reject. (retail sales tax - simple avoidance)
