Well this is an interesting article; It makes some sense, when we see a pattern of blue color we usually dislike when a brown color appears (brown is the least favorite color, maybe if black people where green they would be appreciated)

Of course this is not claiming to be the sole cause of racism, but it makes some sense that this might be why we have a natural inclination to being racist.
