Maybe its an attempt to get America's defense focused on Guam while they actually launch at Commiefornia while they are distracted? Of course, that's a pretty pathetic attempt of distraction and anyone, even a 5 year old, could see that one coming, not to mention North Korea's nuclear technology is probably so outdated the missile could be intercepted and blown up over the ocean.
