I wanted moe anthropomorphism for these regions at first but it occurred to me it would also be interesting to see pony anthropomorphism.

Then it occured to me that Luna is basically already resembling Luhansk=Lunar=Moon in theme, so who should represent Donetsk?

I know there's Joe but I was hoping for a filly. Maybe he has a daughter?
