Here's the info page. Looks like no horsepussy, and they have the right to reject whatever they don't see fit so there's a chance they won't allow us, but I don't think Hiro really gives a shit as long as we're paying customers.

The difference between now and just three years ago is stark, you wouldn't notice the change if you were steeped in it every day for that period of time as change is gradual, but I haven't been back since /mlpol/ got deleted. It wasn't pretty just a few years ago, but compared to now it might as well be the golden days, let alone the difference between now and 2012.

You can have multiple banners for the same "campaign." They're called "creatives", and it allows you to make the have the same banner with multiple links, the same link with multiple banners, or a collection of the two within the same campaign. Kinda neat really.

Ad vendors have spent a LOT of effort to make sure you have as many options as possible to milk money from users. Just look up how much the ad industry is worth (or, for a back of the envelope estimate, just consider how much google, facebook and twitter are worth, and that's just the top 3 players in a huge industry).
Now granted this campaign isn't exactly a super targeted high quality campaign, but it's still using the existing infrastructure.
