"Conspiracy" would imply top-down planning. Jews, like any race, just tend to behave a certain way, and their way of behaving (e.g. deception, nepotism) has led them to wield a great deal of power, which they use to push ideas they see as being in their interests. There are rare exceptions, but for every Murray Rothbard there are a hundred Ben Shapiros and four hundred Joe Bernsteins.

It is not quite as conscious as often portrayed, except maybe on higher levels, but Jews will always try to change their host societies. This is because while white Christians believe in eternal reward through faith and a spiritual life (thus emphasizing stability in the physical world), Jews deny this and literally believe their actions will save them. They want to turn society into "heaven on earth" of their own making and believe the "Messiah" will be a political figure to lead them to earthly dominance (which sounds awfully like the Christian anti-Christ). Religious Jews literally believe this but it's also ingrained in atheistic Jews as well. They simply cannot keep to themselves, which would be common sense to a white ethnic minority, and absolutely must influence society however they can.
Of course, this materialistic messianism sounds awfully like the communist dialectic, the search for equality under progressivism, and the championing of hegemonic democracy in neo-conservatism. Jews need not have "created" these horrendous ideologies (though they certainly played a hand), their culture and religion simply orientates the vast majority to follow them.
