Looks like Hi-Point is holding a contest to name their new 9mm pistol, I'm sure they would love input from creative people like us.
The best name I could think of so far is 'Kan9' (pronounced kang) if you guys have anything better feel free to post it, but try to be a bit subtle and at least loosely follow the naming scheme (three-ish letters followed by the caliber) so it has a chance to win.

I'm not /k/ at all, but I wonder: why does rhe ejection gate is sideways? It shouldn't be up? Someone with big hands could block it by accident. Let alone if someone grabs the cannon during a tense situation.

The ejection port is on the side so that empty casings are ejected to the side and away from shooter instead of up into the shooter's face. It's on the right side since most shooters are assumed to be shooting right handed.
If the shooter's hands are blocking the ejection port, then they've got some bigger problems to worry about since the slide on top moves backwards at high speed when you shoot. If their hands are obstructing the slide, then they're going to injure themselves.
If someone grabs the slide and moves it out of position, then the weapon may fail to fire.
