Some time ago I submitted a signature and subscribed to emails from a political movement known as the "Convention of States." Their goals are:

>call a constitutional convention in the United States

>limit the federal government
>impose fiscal restraints
>install term limits

Now, of course this sounds very good. However, it's obvious that such a measure is too dangerous and would either be ignored or fought against with every tool in the country. Also, they rather disingenuously say that they have "broad bipartisan support" and are close to success in numerous states despite having only three million supporters nationwide (less than 1% of the population). There are also Jews on their team.

I haven't really seen this talked about, even in obscure circles, which is surprising given how such a measure is objectively good. It may be just a wild goose chase, but is it worthwhile even for just building awareness?

Their specifically worded letter limiting the objectives of a convention:

While i dont know much about this movement it seems to me that the jews are trying to relive some of the Pressure by giving the goyim a movement that they control to get behind.

Constitutional conventions are rare for a reason. They are hard to organize, and outside of various blocks (west coast, the south, etc) states aren’t very willing to work together politically. It becomes a battle of interests, consumed by pettiness.
You also have to keep in mind that often governors are almost if not more corrupt than the average member of the House.
