1. They have pre-printed signs, which means they went through the trouble of printing "stop ____" signs for every possible candidate. Somewhere, in some DC office, are a bunch of "stop Barrett", "Stop Kethledge", and "stop Hardiman" signs that will go to waste.

2. They already have a website "stop Kavanaugh". Which means they registered the names "Stop ___" for all the potential picks.
