From what I've picked up from news I think the rationale Kim uses is that he has tested enough. He knows the bomb works, and everyone knows he can make it. So more tests will just use up nuclear material without any benefits, and will be redundant.

The US might be mentioned as facilitators, but nothing more, and Trumps name will probably not be mentioned at all. The Nobel Peace Prize committee can't give Trump a peace price. If they give it to Trump they will basically be admitting that Obama didn't make peace in the middle east despite being given the Peace Prize to do so.

If you look at the wording of the BBC and the actual part of UK government regarding the nukes you will notice a language difference. It would appear the BBC have more knowledge than MI5/6.
