From your drawings, I'm guessing you're trying to create some kind of hybrid creature,a mix of a cat, a horse, a bird, and a pony. Using different design. Are you still in the experimental stage, or have you finally come up with a design you're happy with?

Yeah, that would be really cool. Although I don't think a game with the show's exact art style would really work. I think a 2.5d roguelike would be a much more realistic option.
