Why do ancappies think we should care about a non-aggression pact? I love aggression, especially rape!

Not personally an ancap, but the point isn't really about "having" a non-aggression pact, so much as not being aggressive is simply the most rational thing to do.
If you go around being aggressive and raping people, eventually someone is just going to kill your or otherwise physically remove you. This process would repeat itself for anyone retarded enough to act like a violent nigger until a community is made of reasonable and peaceful neighbors who respect each others boundaries, because that is the rational, safe and lucrative thing to do.
