Not all crimes get reported. Not all bad behavior is a crime. But I feel that black people seem to be more prone to impulsive and mean, unempathetic behavior. Do I think this means they should die or something? Not really. People are gonna have different dispositions. Psychopaths exists and people with strong hyperactivity, too, and they cna live a sensible life as much as anyone else. I kinda just wanna fix this. Probably also separate races as we are more animal than we want to accept so its better to build a society that respect that fact and factors in our nature. That way, we won't step on each others toes and can start to appriciate out differences rather than fear them.

They also don't take into account environmental issues, etc., and then again, criminals make up a small portion of the population.
