I was thinking: World-building can be pretty amusing. So I wanted to help others get into it. I have dropped plenty of story-ideas and lore into chatgpt for fun. It's just fun to ball around ideas or have someone react to them as well.
So let's try. The Equestrian Hoofball season has just started.
>What is Hoofball?
For our purposes, it's an enigmatic sport with rules beyond the point of the exercise. What we do know is that tiny hoers are crazy about it.
>Wat do ITT?
We come up with the team names, their history, their location, and their players. Anything you can come up with that feels relevant. Just add things for fun.
>Some foundation to get you started.
Canterlot, Manehatten, and Cloudsdale have three teams representing them each and the only settlements with three teams in them. Which are these teams?
Los Pegasus, Trottingham, and Fillydelphia, like other medium-sized, large cities below the big three, have two teams representing them. There are more cities like these; feel free to add as many as you want. And what teams represent these cities?
Ponyville's Crusaders just got promoted into the league. Ponyville is one of those small settlements that has only one team representing it.
The Denver Broncos are also in the league somehow?

^^
I get what you are saying. And I'm the most apathetic of them all. ;P
But maybe I framed this poorly. Nobody has to come up with a complete list of teams and what not. Feel free to just toss in ideas without a need to finish so to speak.
Like this could be a post:
[Team Name: The Lightning Riders.
Localized in the weather factory district of Cloudsdale.
Known of their speed but not for their stamina. Lead the table every year of losing games from winning positions. ]
Like, less obligation and need to have something good, and just throw in something for fun, kinda vibe. This doesn't require much at all in effort. You know?

Maybe maybe.
We will see. ^^
>Zombies to be animated
Also, sorry, I gotta be that guy, but zombies are already animated. I think you should have gone with skeletons instead.
Have a good day, fren c:
What's with the deleted posts?
>>405348Posts from some ban evader probably
>>405342"Colts" is funny to me because that's the name of my local hockey team and traffic around their arena at game time has caused so much grief for the company I work for, to my lulz.
>>405351Humans using horses as team names gave me an idea for a pony team based on Humans, Specifically green men. The Hu-mens. I'm not sure how well they play. Ask Lyra.
>>405350>>405348Yeah, I think it was Ninjas.
>>405351^^
>>405356I like that idea a lot. Did you make that edit or the entire drawing? Really nice. c:
>I'm not sure how well they play.Like humans, they have great stamina and can run forever, and have ball control, almost like they have hands. However, they are bit too enthusiastic about standing on two legs which makes them unbalanced, and they have a weak sprint.
>>405356I could see a story where Anon gets "scouted" by a hoofball team, and he's all pumped about it. He spends a few weeks doing training montages in preparation, but when he shows up for practice it turns out they just want him to be their mascot. Hilarious mishaps ensue.

Add RGRE, and he is eye candy for the mares in the stands.
>Baltimare FCMostly a zebra team. Good at running fast; got it from escaping the ponice. Most fouls of any team in the league. Their athletes are suspected of using performance-enhancing drugs; however, they also do weed before each game (and for breakfast) so it kinda evens out.
The Equalist village's club: Same FC
Manager: Starlight Glimmer.
Pros: They are good at keeping in formation. No player stands out in a poor way.
Cons: No player stands out in a good way. They play to draw, not win.
