Many would recommend church nowadays.
I suppose there is the arranged option: if your parents know a good family with a good daughter, they can talk it out between you two. It's basically dating but real humans do the approving instead of a computer algorithm.

Go to a local church for a few weeks then start asking around. Just make sure its not lutheran or morman or methodist and the obvious ones like islam and judism. lutheran and methodist are far enough away from biblical scripture in crazy ways that it attracts the crazy females. mormans are just insane.
