A sloppy job of an edit in paint.net that took me about 177 hours 39 minutes and 4 seconds to finish and my screen color settings differ from default so we might be seeing a slightly different color.
Blonde is better, but aside from the cutiemark it just makes me think "Aryanne ripoff", which is not necessarily bad. Why not have MORE blondes?
