1- Ukraine military will evacuate the 4 oblasts (provinces) already designated by Russia.
2- Demobilization and disarmament of the Ukrainian military.
3- Denazification of Ukraine. That means the population being isolated and brainwashed by at least 2 generations.
4- No NATO or foreign military in Ukraine.
5- Installation of a puppet government controlled by Moscow.
6- Removal of the American missile bases in Romania and Poland.
7- Retreat of NATO to the 1991, or 1997, German border.

Even if he ends the war in Ukraine, he may well start a war in Baltics (for which the ground is already being prepared) or Kazakhstan. Or in the Caucasus. Anywhere to keep the country in a semi-military state.
