1. It depends, as an example in my country children are very secured by the government and anyone who is convicted of child rape (or rape in general) receives extreme punishments

Do you check testosterone level too? Muslims more healthy, than Europeans. Less respiratory and digestive diseases, better bones and joints, faster restoration. Mostly because of high child mortality, evolution still working on their populations, while bad mutations widespread among whites during last 4 generations. We are already totally dependent on antibiotics, protein-rich diet and vitamins.
I think, pedophilia is a method to raise child mortality. Like snow baths for infants, child starvation, many other dark things just to ensure better genes. Successful historical civilizations usually hated sexual perversions, except one thing -- pedophilia.

I read a book about European voyage during early 1860s and noted event in Italy, when 16 years old girl from decent family already have 3 children after marriage at 12 years. You can check this scene from word "bambino":

In our villages age of marriage was mostly around 18-20 years and first menstruation around 17 years, because of climate and nourishment. Then during 20 century age of consent was lowered to 12-14 years, depends on region. Early births was uncommon, because of government-forced abortions, but not immoral.
We do not have any problems with pedophilia and early marriages until 2000s. I remember one almost comedic story, when our town prosecutor go to Crimea for one runaway fool, who make two schoolgirls pregnant just to scold him and persuade to return for marriage. With both, yeah. And with success. Quite bad family although, but better than nothing.
But new generation have no chance. Their families should be destroyed and kids grow without fathers, because of some new ideology from the West and crazy hags in court of justice. I hate this scum. Fortunately, not only I hate them and some progress was made. I hope our society fully reject this ideology during next 10-20 years.
