Consolation goal for /cm/ at the end.
Congratulations to /f/ for advancing.
Day 4 matches, starts in bit under 2 hours
>>389541Possibly fucking-off back to the fetuses in shame are:
/gd/, /m/, /sci/, /i/, and /vg/, with an equal number possibly securing the elite
Kinda a slurp-fest if you ask me. Will probably only watch to see the elimination matches
>>389544Almost missed it. Late to stream but hopefully I haven't missed too much.
>>389547YEAAAHHH - Something happened!
/an/ getting 2-0 against /vt/umors
3-2 currently, come on /an/ you can do it
/an/ wins 4-2 (im hoping /an/ + /t/ or /i/ for this group)
sadly i don't really have hopes of /t/ beating /vt/ this sunday
and day finishes with /wg/ win 3-1 over /gd/, /gd/ is dead.
overall ok day
>>389584Yep. Sadly I missed a few of the matches, but hopefully I will be able to watch all tomorrow.
>>389584>>389585I don't get the appeal. Could either of you two explain it to me? I just see virtual memes kicking about a virtual ball.
>>389587that's pretty much it, some like it due memes, some like it due their team doing good or teams they hate doing not so good, pretty much like it is with sports, this time with memes included. And some watch it only because they want to see AI playing divegrass without really caring about teams playing.
>>389587How to explain...
It is part controlled by tactics and how the team are set up and changes during match to counter an tactic the other team has. Then it is also a healthy dose of random chance with conditions at start and the game itself. Then mix it all together with memes and shittalking in chat while playing a match that isn't too serious.
Then you have the fun of seeing what models other teams have made, what goal horns, and opening and winning anthems they play. And then add in Hype videos and Chants and fun will be had.
And like for /mlp/ you can enjoy the hate people have as you get Three Stars while laughing all the way to Timbuktu and Monkey Island while Horses are posted in chat.
Day 5 starting in ~1.5 hours, matches and autism boxes
>>389682Looking to be a potential fun day of Football.
>>389683Meh, the only question in my mind is whether or not /r9k/ wants in the elites
>>389684True, but any day with a possibility for playoffs can yield fun results. Though the playoff chances are small.
But yes will be fun to see how hungry /r9k/ is. They have their destiny in their hands.
>>389685'Their destiny' is not what I would predict to be in their hands
>>389691YAY Made it time!
Well that was spaghetti....?
Well /o/ only have to score 5 goal to advance.
>>389693I might have read the colors wrong. Colors are hard.
>>389693>>389694/o/ needs any win or draw, but its autopilot so unless /lit/ fucks up its not likely
/g/ beats cartoon lesbians, dodges wooden spoon most likely and dies.
meanwhile /u/ dodges 9 point curse
What a game.
/biz/ totally dominated that match.
at least total faggotry died
/h/ won, but not by enough and is dead
straight RED for /x/ Christcuck
Day 6 and at same time last group stage day, matches and autism boxes, day start in ~1 hour 40 mins
>>389765YAY Football.
Looks like todays autism boxes are much more chaotic than yesterdays
>>389768yeah, bit more chaotic ones for other 4 groups and day starts with false hope of autopilot winning against /vt/umors
>>389769Hope we get lots of fun matches.
First goal of the day goes to /vt/
yah, no hope of /t/ killing /vt/
>>389775Yes looks hard now.
At least game crashed... LOL
and /i/ managerially self-destructed again
Well that was.. a... match.
Not sure what to say.
>>389800Right? I'm still laughing at the absurdity.
Anyone who missed it, it was 3-2 in favor of /xs/, 4/5 of the goals having been scored by /xs/ including an own-goal. And by this spread, /xs/ knocked themselves out of ranking, so it was a murder-suicide? Math
>>389800>>389801yeah, it was total clown group
Garbage day starting in 20 minutes
fun was interrupted momentarily
Day 7, RO 16 matches, starts in ~1 hour 15 minutes.
>>390356I will try to be on time but could be I will be late due to Constitution day.
Take my energy /f/ and /biz/ may your matches be fruitful. And I'll set aside some energy you may distribute as needed. FOOTBALL!
>>390356>>390358/r9k/ vs. /u/ should be fun, go /biz/, and hopefully /co/ bullies the yaoi faggots
Oh my goodness this has been an exciting match
>>390372Back just in time for Benuldies!!!
and first 2 QF/elite pot 3 teams are /mu/ and /u/, meanwhile /f/ and /r9k/ go to elite pot 4
>>390374There's a good chance that this will be the match of the cup. It was great
>>390377I'll have to watch replay.
Shame that /f/ and /r9k/ didn't win their matches.
/biz/ is playing bearishly
>>390381It is not looking good :|
/biz/ finally fighting back
>is 3-0 the new most dangerous lead?
>>390384....I guess perhaps not.. /biz/ 2-4 /vt/
and second QF/pot 3 pair is /c/ and /vt/, with /sci/ and /biz/ going to pot 4
and from top part teams /mu/ is only one i would be ok with to be in final
>>390387Yes, it is a shame the good ones didn't advance.
third QF/pot 3 pair is /co/ and /lit/, while /cm/ and /b/ go to pot 4
im off to sleep so last 2 matches will be mystery until tomorrow
>>390390Well that was a Benludie in true /b/ style.
so last QF/pot 3 pair is /fit/ - /pw/ with /an/ & /vg/ going to pot 4
Final day starting in 2 hours, although it doesn't matter much in babby cup as RO16 already decided elite pots
matches/timetable for semis/finals
>>390422All that remains is a battle of memes
>>390422>it doesn't matter much in babby cup as RO16 already decided elite potsSo today is just for bragging rights?
>>390432pretty much and host theme for next babby for day intro
/u/ ties it 1-1 with 12 minutes in regular time :3
/u/ blew it, coughing up another goal immediately, and SO ALMOST TIED IT AT THE END but no, fuck /u/
/c/ is up 4-0. IDEK if it's the half yet
only 2 games and this final got lot better already
>>390437Yes, after yesterdays results this is looking as good as it could.
>>390438Is me, was on VPN. Can't claim being full Sisu but have Sisu ancestors.
Well, /co/ btfo /lit/ 5-2, with a 90+ from Aku out of spite
Woah.. That last goal from Aku was something else.
/fit/ beats down /pw/ 5-2
Next up is the semi-finals, starting with /c/ vs. /mu/
And /c/ makes it 2-0 against /mu/ with moments left on the clock
/c/ played well.
Right wing play paid off.
Great match. /co/ goes to finale.
/mu/ takes 3rd place, and the /co//c/ finale is about to begin
That was a satisfying final. Would've been fun to see how /co/ responded if it went to eggstra dime, but still
