As we all know women usually major in worthless shit like the humanities or social "sciences." What causes this trend? Surely they have all heard by now such degrees do not pay very well? Are they all just stupid? Or could it be that women choose to major in useless shit because deep down they all want a man to take care of them?

University is basically a meme. It's a popular thought that you have to go to university to have any worth as an adult, and women will go along with the trends. Though, there is a counterpoint: philosophy is high IQ and predominantly male, yet aside from a handful of graduates who become influential thinkers/professors is basically entirely useless.
