Seeing as home ownership is basically impossible for young people in the west why not just move to Russia, get some free land, and put a manufactured home on the property? Unlike the western world Russia doesn't have a lot of restrictions on manufactured homes and they are right next to China so you can probably get a manufactured home for a lot cheaper. Should young people in the west just cut their losses and move to Russia?

This post came off more flippant than was intended. Additionally, it lacks the specificity that in addition to being a rural environment, it's outside City limits. And since it's texas, and rural, and outside the jurisdiction of any Police Department, the only people who can show up is the sheriffs and they only do so when they either been called or have a warrant.
