Homeownership in Russia

Seeing as home ownership is basically impossible for young people in the west why not just move to Russia, get some free land, and put a manufactured home on the property? Unlike the western world Russia doesn't have a lot of restrictions on manufactured homes and they are right next to China so you can probably get a manufactured home for a lot cheaper. Should young people in the west just cut their losses and move to Russia?

Fair, but if there are many immigrants it's not like they will scrutinize all of you. Kind of hard to keep tabs on millions of people.

>in the middle of assfuck nowhere Siberia? And eat what?
Most of the land is on the border of China in the far east for obvious reasons. There are towns nearby where you can work and buy food.

>and run what utilities to it? For the 10 years they last until they fall apart?
Get a septic tank and a generator. Problem solved.

6.1 acres is enough to do alot, including zone for low-level industrial operations AND small-grade ranching.
That is, IF a person can relocate to Russia and then acquire the necessary respurces.
It's designed to appeal to a certain level of owner/operator/entrepreneur

The question then arises: does that mean you have to buy it and then you get paid back in 5 years, or that it is at no cost and at 5 years ownership is transferred?
The answer (the latter?) is irrelevant though, because the demographics of "people who can fuck off halfway across the world - even with (assuming) free housing - and be financially stable on either their own merits or the marketability of any trade/industry/business they are involved in, especially with a growing(?) family" is probably a single-digit percentile.

This gives you the upfront cost of developing the land and building a home there, while leaving the door open for the government to screw you and decide not to give it to you for any reason it wishes.

Even if there's already a house with a picket fence and a bbq in the backyard, it takes a certain economic bracket to be able to make a transition like that, especially for an offer that was only put on the table 2 minutes ago.

>it takes a certain economic bracket to be able to make a transition like that
This.
Emigration/Immigration has a cost.
Applying for citizenship and passing tests has a cost.
Learning to speak Russian has a cost (in time).
Getting a new job in another country, in a region where there are few jobs, has a cost.
Moving has a cost.
Building a new home has a cost.
Installing utilities has a cost.
Adjusting to a new culture has a cost.
Developing land that native Russians can't be bothered to live on has a cost.
Getting on the good side of the state so they don't still see you as a foreign agent after the 5 year period has a cost.

All of these factors have a cost, many of which can be expressed in dollar amounts, and others that can only be weighed in spent time, effort and stress. Consider all of that and compare it to the cost of buying a home in rural America.
>>376846
Wasn't the point of the endeavor the free land?
If you buy the land, why in Russia?
There's no shortage of cheap homesteads in remote, barely-hospitable places, even in America. Do it in Alaska and you could get the same biome without changing countries.

Final thought:
While comprehensible that such an offer might be appealing to some (and full disclosure, Im not in the bracket that could 'qualify' for such a migration, so you COULD say "sour grapes") it strikes as cowardise.

1. It seems readily apparent that the front-line of the cultural/spiritual war is and will be the United States.
2. Every person of spiritual/metaphysical/religious Authority has an obligation to their Creator/Creation to participate in this struggle.

It is comprehensible/debatable that a person/family might view migration as their best role in this especially depending on them an their religion, tradition, or relationship with their Creator/Creation, that seems inaccurate and biased toward worldly pursuits.

I'll be honest with you, what I want most in life is a family, a house, and a little land. I'm probably not going to get that in the US. I've also been pretty black pilled on the situation in the US. I don't think the right is going to win here. Every year our number decline and the left's numbers increase. When the left has the numerical advantage they will do everything they can to hurt and humiliate white people. You think things are bad now? Wait until 15 million illegals become citizens and all faithfully vote Democrat. The US will become a uniparty state and they will go full steam ahead on "progress." While life in Russia certainly won't be paradise it's better than ending up in a mass grave.

Hard not to be, if you're paying attention
>a family, a house, and a little land. I'm probably not going to get that in the US
Conventionally (like, through a bank or a realtor or some shit) you're probably right, which is why you might consider unconventional methods. A couple questions:

1. Are you in/around a major urban center, and if so why?
The more urban the environment, the more predominanly bank-owned the surrounding property, and the harder it is to get a Deeded property.
2. Are you hoping for a white house with a picket fence, or are you willing to take what you can get? Better question, are you willing to build it yourself?
Bare land is cheaper than land with existing structures, plumbing, etc., and it's WAY cheaper if the land is overgrown and requiring service (anywhere from 3-5k/acre, as of 2018, depending on area).
3. How creative ARE you?
In certain rural areas, you can find dozens of people considered "middle class" who have inherited/acquired hundreds of acres. How valuable can you prove to be to one or more such individuals, to the effect of their willigness to pay a resurvey and sell you an acre or two?

There could also be an option to buy a chunk, but it would depend entirely on the person. Unironically tho, that is a possibly viable proposition. As an (ahem) allegorical example, one 'might' find that a distressed and unemployed military vet is ALSO an amazingly reliable financial manager. Allegorically speaking, of course.
