The edges are all burnt, but the burning is even. If you threw a book in a fire it would not come out looking like this. One page inexplicably has a hole in it. The cover is decked out with jewels and gilded edges and looks like something out of Harry Potter.

Honestly, this thing looks like a movie prop to me. It doesn't look like an ancient book, it looks like someone's idea of what an ancient book might look like. Again, without source or context it's impossible to verify what this thing is, where it came from, or even what it's supposed to be. For all I know it really is an ancient Jewish religious text. However, based on the evidence you've provided, I would say this looks like a pretty clear forgery. Someone who obviously doesn't know much about what either a Jew or a Satanist is decided to create an elaborate hoax and post it on the internet, while deliberately obfuscating his identity so no one could call him on his bullshit. Also, I did some digging on the Baphomet image itself and I actually can't find any reference to it prior to the time of the Knights Templar, which would have been around the 1100s or so.

Apparently there is a huge problem in the middle east with artifacts, specifically Jewish artifacts, being stolen and trafficked by Muslim groups, and that's what this 2017 Turkish police raid was about. The same people who traffic in stolen artifacts also traffic in counterfeit artifacts. Without more information, it's hard to tell whether this book is a legitimate artifact or not. Based on the available evidence I'm still inclined to think it's a forgery, but I guess you never really know.

The hexagram symbol has had significance in Jewish mysticism for a long time, but it didn't become an emblem representing Judaism itself until much later. It looks like the earliest recorded instance of it being used as an official Jewish symbol is in 1354 in Prague, so about a century and a half earlier than what I originally thought. Anyway, assuming there is any legitimacy to this book, it can't logically be dated any further back than 1354. Also, it looks like the Baphomet image itself can't be dated any further back than the time of the Crusades and appears to have been created by the Templars. And again, the only connection between the Baphomet image and "Satanism" is through contemporary pop culture, so it's not a Satanic image so much as a Templar image.

So, in other words, if we assume this book is an authentic artifact and not just some cheesy prop someone whipped up in their basement out of papier mache and glitter, it can't be any older than the middle ages. We can assume it's probably Jewish due to the star symbol and the Hebrew lettering. However, we don't know what the book is about or what its title is. The only thing noteworthy about it is that it contains a crude copy of an illustration associated with the Knights Templar, which is also occasionally used as a "Satanic" symbol by heavy metal bands and edgelords on the internet. If this thing turns out to be real it's an interesting find, but I'm not sure what the ultimate significance would be.
