What's the degrees of murder in niggerstates? Also he is absolutely not guilty, junkie killing himself with incompatible drugs and continuous drug abuse is the junkie's own fault.
Not 100% sure. I know the third degree was only added late on after a court ruling that it could be added.
From my search it looks like the degrees are as following:>First-degree murder, or capital murder as it is often called. In most states, first-degree murder involves elements like deliberate planning, premeditation, or malice. Deliberate means that the defendant makes a clear-headed decision to kill the victim. Premeditation involves showing the defendant actually thought about the killing before it occurred.>Second-degree murder is killing another with malice – doing a harmful act without just cause or legal excuse – but without premeditation or deliberation. In other words, this means intentionally killing someone without planning to do so in advance.>Third-degree murder or manslaughter is a culpable homicide that is not murder or infanticide. Manslaughter can either be voluntary manslaughter when a person wants to harm another person, but not kill them. However, if a person hurts another person with the intent to cause bodily harm and die, that would qualify as voluntary manslaughter.
It's actually far worse than just a nigger killing himself through repeated drug use. The toxicology report makes clear that not only was he high at the time of arrest, but he then tried to dispose of the drugs he had on him by ingesting them
. What's even more, he tried that about a year ago it almost killed him THEN.https://youtu.be/GVIhEsR9GBU
>>304823>What's even more, he tried that about a year ago it almost killed him THEN.
One bright side is that the prosecution wanted to introduce some evidence (can't remember what it was exactly) made the judge allow for the defense to bring the facts of that incidence into evidence. Prior to that nothing about the prior history of Floyd was allowed.
>>304824>the bright side
And? What do you think will happen if the officer is exonerated or acquitted? We already saw months of race riots because of this fucking junkie. Is anyone under any illusions of what Biden is gonna (not) do?
Only just verdict is an acquittal.
What will happen is a massive Chimpout that probably will be well funded. Only question is if they will buss the chimps to affluent areas or let them chimp in their own neighborhoods. But I think when people see burnings of Starbucks, Mom-and-pop stores and open shootings of White people and Police officers they will have to decide if they want to bend their knee to the mob or say enough is enough.
But that being said >>304826
I think the verdict will be a hung jury.>>304827
Last time Trump was president and Democrats benefited from the unrest.
>>304828>they dont have as much to gain if not more from maintaining the 'muh systemic racism' narrative under a complicit and fraudulent Biden presidency
I look forward to telling you "I told you so". Again
True they will push for the "muh racism" card but they also try to do all they can to make it peacefull. Looting and burning of buildings will not be in their interest this time around. I don't think the Democrats will be able to control the BLM crowd as much as they did during the Trump presidency, mainly because they saw the unrest as beneficial to the election and they could always blame Trump for too harsh or too lenient response (damned if you damned if you don't). So I think it will be violent, but this time the Democrats will also want the police to go in and stop the unrest, and also allow the police to do so.
So restraining an obvious junkie, who is likely on painkillers and INSANELY DANGEROUS (no pain = no restriction on exertion = hulk mode), with the move designed to keep violent niggers restrained and alive, while the nigger dies to his junkie ways is now "second-degree murder". Great, given the precedent system of USA if Chauvin isn't acquitted y'all're gonna get turbofucked.>>304823
Hoo boy. Does that explain lethal levels of metabolites (i.e. "drugs have been in his system for a while") though?>>304825
Months of well-funded race riots by the дерьмократы, because keeping niggers living in ghettos is profitable to them (drug profits + same amount of work as a white person at a tiny fraction of the cost, due to whites demanding actually good living conditions).>>304826
I don't think another funded chimpout will happen, dems are already in power and are not going to let it go again.
An UNfunded chimpout, though, is extremely likely by all the niggers and leftards feeling betrayed, and those will be suppressed by dem-city police with extreme prejudice.
Also the burning and murdering did jack shit to redpill people in the summer.>>304833
See above. The point of dems is to drive out whites (who want reasonable conditions), replacing them with niggers and equivalents (who don't want reasonable conditions, they want gibz). Same thing is happening in Europe with mudslimes btw, for the same reasons.
P.S. While niggers and rapefugees are profitable, they also do jack shit of working or culture, so that shit will collapse after a while and balkanize the States/fuck the Europe up. The only way to stop that is actually pretty simple - put your government to the wall, shoot them, keep shooting any government who tries to pull this shit.
>TJ makes girl and her mom chimp out
Trolling with entertainment value.
Chauvin's lawyer was good at cross-examination I think for the first witness (that did not finish testimony yesterday). The witness was clearly a bit hostile and tried to be really evasive when he realized he was painted into a corner.>wonder why the BLM t-shirt that was clearly visible under the white shirt was allowed, but might also go against the witness as he was coming off as highly biased
I am also worried that the press, prosecutor or witnesses, their lawyers or helpers will reveal the identity of jurors. Yesterday a PR person for one of the witnesses was caught taking pictures, could be an honest mistake as she said but who know what a person with malicious intents can do.
All the witnesses so far have become really hostile once the defense had gotten a little into their questioning as they start realizing that the facts show that Chauvin might be innocent after all.
Floyd was high on Fentanyl and that's what caused his death by cardiac arrest.
Chauvin did nothing wrong, just an ideal scapegoat.
Niggers gonna nig regardless of the truth, and even mentioning the drug use or just the word 'fentanyl' will be flagged as 'hatespeech'.
Not fully sure. I think 10am Central Time. But there is left room for procedural motions and stuff that the jury should not hear prior to starting the actual trial. So I think stream starts a bit early in case that happens as those are also streamed, but it is not every day there is anything the lawyers want to talk about prior to starting.
Looks like it is starting now.
Danke. Time to get comfy and funpost.
I fucking knew they were gonna pull some shit like this. They just can't help themselves. They've got to play dirty, every time. Otherwise they would never win, huh. Then again, you know the old schoolyard saying about cheaters.
How are things going? Is our boy free?
Was the one old guy testifying but no reason for defense to cross examination, he had nothing real substantive to say like the young girl.
Then there was the store clerk where witness and told how he and others in the store went out twice to talk to George Floyd trying to get him to come back and use real $20 bill instead of the fake, but he refused to do so so the store manager got one of the workers in the store to call the police.
Right now it is laying foundation for, and showing, the different body worn cameras.
>Day 4 - Derek Chauvin trial continues with witness testimonyhttps://youtu.be/qz_BwDvd6Cw
Actual trial to start at 09:30 Central time (I think but don't quote me on it)
Looks like ABC is joining NYT in doxing the jurors.https://archive.is/OKcQB
Chauvin is so fucked.
WAY overrepresented blacks, over half female?
Yes it is more or less the polar opposite of the demographic of the city.
This reads like a fucking Guess Who game.
How likely is it that Derek will be convicted?
My guess is that they won't get him with the murder charges, but they might with the manslaughter charges.
Has the jury for any other trial in history been scrutinized more? I keep hearing about these people who are supposed to be sequestered.
I hope this doesn't become the new normal, because I have jury duty this month.
It's quite likely that the sentance could be thrown out as a mistrial at this rate.
You don't fuck with jury selection.
Journos clearly believe they have enough power that they don't have to worry about that. Whether they turn out to be right or not will be extremely important for anyone living in the US. If we get a not guilty verdict and the jurors' lives aren't ruined, or a guilty verdict is thrown out because of the blatant intimidation, the US probably has another decade or two left in it.
If not, should probably be prepared for imminent collapse or de facto balkanization.
I can't believe all this chaos is being caused over one banana thief.
It's not really because of him. The kikes were absolutely determined to have their narrative and were throwing dozens of niggers at the wall to see which one stuck. They tried the jogger and the drug dealing negress first but those didn't take off, with Floyd they had a video that looked superficially bad to people who didn't understand what was going on and were able to force it everywhere.
The fact that it's obviously a sham is also something that helps drive a wedge into society, I think. But that was probably unintended, knowing the types that get up to this kind of thing.
Regardless of the outcome of this trial, I have a feeling that Chauvin is royally screwed.
How much time before we reach Asia levels of dictatorship, ie, omnipotent government pretending to respect free will?
...Have we already gotten to that point?
Never in America. The current regime's attempts at achieving oriental despotism are crippled by its incompetence. It has a very narrow road available to it to escape its inherent propensity to elevate genetic trash to positions of power, but it isn't taking that road and is in fact undermining it.
Our government isn't omnipotent; no government is.
It only ever pretended to respect free will though.
Black Lives Matter Activist Maya Echols Warns “All Hell Will Break Loose” If Bot Chauvin Is Not Convicted in George Floyd Death. 4-6-21
>>305514>Don't be surprised when we act like niggers
We'd be more surprised if they didn't.
That might've been a valid concern if it was literally any other demographic. For negros? It's a typical Tuesday.
>Lvl 5 Chimpout
>Biden is forced to use Military
>Military does worse than what the media says Chuvin did
Very clown worldish
how badly is this going for Chauvin?
I haven't even been watching
I would say 50/50, but not sure what jurors think. I think the defense have shown there is enough reasonable doubt that the prosecution's assertions that Chauvin is guilty of a felony, and therefor 3rd degree murder, don't hold water (or how to say it).
This, but given the nature of the publicity of this case hes got solid grounds for an appeal even if convicted. Theres plenty of doubt to go around, and one can assume (hope) that this will go all the way to the supreme court, in that theres a major precedent waiting to happen, and unlike with Trump they cannot refuse to hear it.
He's also on tial for manslaughter though. I think he's pretty screwed...
Wait how did they put someone on trial for intentional and accidental murder at the same time?
>>305514>Literally threatening to get a specific verdic
Fuck these faggots. They would rather put an innocent man in jail than admit they might have been wrong.
It is a scattershot to cover all angles, and also to appease the mob.
The thing I think they actually are going for is not trying to prove Chauvin was the cause of Floyds death but rather that Chauvin was negligent to the point of his conduct being a felony. In other words trying to prove that Chauvin did deviate from police training and therefor committed a felony. If they can prove that it is irrelevant what caused Floyds death because "Floyd died in the prosess of committing a felony" and Chauvin will face up to 40 years in prison.>>305582
They have been chimping over this for more than a year, they will never admit the whole narrative they have built their world around is based on a lie.
Also the press is pushing hard how solid the case is and not reporting at all on the defenses cross examination of witnesses. Basically the press has become the pr firm for the prosecutor and people believe the case is super solid and anything but an guilty verdict is inconceivable.
>"he has a freemason tattoo on his chest"
Not sure if he's talking about the nigger or the zogbot.
I think they talk about Floyd, but not sure if there is any clear images of the tattoo (did a little search). Might be that we get to see some clear images of the tattoo during the trial, but seams like there won't be any autopsy images show that will show clear images.
Yes the media has been framing the questioning as win after win for the prosecutor.
One of the best moment with her testimony was when the defense asked if she knew medic and fire already had been called with code 3 over five minutes before she arrived and joined the crowd, and she said she didn't believe it (because of the response time).https://youtu.be/sZ92-geeYBo?t=28051
(approximate timestamp where the line of questioning starts)>vid related shorter excerpt from it
so when are we getting the phoenix wright version?
We need to just skip over all this shit and get back to the comfy livestreams already.
Agree, the "commentary" and editorial bullshit is just annoying. WP didn't use to have it in previous days, but I think they see that the case is not going they way they want so they need to put in these editorial comments to skew the facts.
One bizarre side effect of this trial is trial is that the media and prosecutor is pushing the narrative that meth and fentanyl use is not dangerous. It is the only way they have to put the blame on Chauvin.
Perhaps, but not all that surprising. They'll say whatever they think they need to say.
I think Dr. Andrew Baker just sank the prosecutors case.
LOL the WP commentators are in full damage mode.
The fucking media is throwing gas into the fire so a riot happens if the police officer is found not guilty.
Fully agree. The media are pushing hard a narrative of a conviction being a foregone concussion, and anything except a guilty verdict is impossible.
I am actually thinking after the coroner's testimony, the prosecutors star witness as the press portrayed him, that the prospect of a not guilty verdict is more and more likely. Time to stock up on popcorn and alcohol for the upcoming livestreams.
I do so enjoy being right all the time
>Day 11 - Derek Chauvin trial continues with witness testimonyhttps://youtu.be/czEgldD05cI
Late posting today too, already started
PBS stream instead (see that WP missed a bit today too (tiny bit) - due to laziness or negligent)https://youtu.be/YiWcwbrZX5M
Both parties rests, and jury deliberation will start on Monday.
Was some trouble with the rebuttal witness that could open up for misstrial, but looks like that didn't happen because the questioning continued after a short sidebar.
A mistrial (aka a hung jury) is when after lengthy deliberation, there is no consensus among jurors. Acquittal or conviction has to be by unanimous vote. A mistrial is highly doubtful in this case due to the politicization and media already taking steps to coerce 'the correct verdict', though as I've already stated, a jury is dubious at best when deciding a case of this nature. Count on a conviction on the manslaughter charge, followed by a lengthy appeal process
The potential misstrial "happening" was then the prosecutors rebuttal witness mentioned evidence that had been "found" yesterday and the prosecutor (and I presume the witness) had implicitly been told by judge would lead to misstrial if mentioned.
Can we just agree cops should have the same training military police get. Including basic training that does foster discipline which is key in the role of law enforcement. You have to be able to keep your cool in tough situations and some don't involve law enforcement. They have to go from a accident scene with a guy's head decapitated to chasing a murder. It's tough if not properly prepared. Also people coming home from a full days work a 3am is no right to always pull me over. I'm white and I'm getting hassled. Once they get the taste of blood it just gets worse. They will soon not even care if you are rich or the color of your skin they just are part of a new world order that is supposed to be about putting more cops on the street so when marshal law were to be instituted there would be an extra layer of protect from a rebellion. The are part of the ZOG COG
They do. The problem is that discipline is not enforced after graduation as stringently like it is in the military, it's in a weird gray zone between a civilian and military branch.
So are we finally getting the result today?
I don't think we will get any results today. It is closing arguments and the jury is starting deliberation. I would say it will take at least three days before we get any results, but it can come today also.
It's definitely going to take more than a day, possibly weeks.
There will certainly be more outrage if the jury takes very little time.
They wouldn't anyway. Between the second degree murder and manslaughter charges, this case has a lot of variables that make it quite iffy. The result will be a toss up.
God i just want it to be over with so we can see if we get a chimp out or not.
There will be a chimpout no matter what the verdict is.
There's already chimping out going on around the country.
I don't think I've lived through any court case that had this level of tension and public scrutiny.
why these retarded niggers think defunding the police will actually solve the problem?
More funds = better police training = less dumb cops
Pretty much this. I'm already prepping for a comfy livestream watching night.
They want to commit felonies without repercussions. Simple.
Closing from Defense have been really good so far.
The Prosecutor was not that strong at all, felt like he mostly tried to say they didn't have to prove Chauvin killed Floyd, which goes to show how weak their case is.
They don't want police. They want to fuck up your country to bring their regime.
Judge saying what he thinks about Maxine Waters conduct.
Now we have wait to see what the jury ends up with and subsequently how big the chimpout will be.
Anyone have insight into the potential for misstrial on appeal (or grounds for appeal) from the rebuttal given by prosecutor?
Yup. Total disgrace. >>306381
The state kept rephrasing the "stories" comment the judge had already told him to not say. Judge said he had a point on appeal. Along with not sequestering the jury. Allowing the state to call multiple witnesses and bringing up the same points after the judge said not to. The public comments by people and that one woman who was caught taking pictures. This verdict will be overturned.
>>306382>Allowing the state to call multiple witnesses and bringing up the same points after the judge said not to. The public comments by people and that one woman who was caught taking pictures. This verdict will be overturned.
So this will basically just be a mock trial where the prosecutor got to test out their arguments and refine them for the retrial. Also to hear the full defense argument so they can pre-rebuttal them in the retrial. Not sure if it will be good or bad for the prosecutor. I have a feeling they wont fare any better in retrial.
But it is good that there is solid grounds for a retrial if found guilty.
Looks like it.
Our CJ system is so full of shit.
