I would be surprised if this goes anywhere. There is a reason they had the "On or about and before Election day" timeframe for when people texted the number. Basically including all of time since the big bang. And they also said it was used in many other memes, so I would think they will only find a handfull that texted it on Election day itself.
But it is concerning if he was placed in jail awaiting trial and not released on his own recognizance (or what it is called).
