It might look like that in some aspects. But to try to alleviate your worries a bit I can say that no one here in Norway (that I have seen) wear masks. People gather in parks and enjoys the good weather. There is of course some people that I notice is taking the "social distancing" a bit far and is going out of their way to keep their distance. But most people morer or less seams to not care too much.
Biggest change is mostly Plexiglas separating cashiers and customers, and that stores have started to set out hand disinfectant in the entry area people can use. And some shops and postal offices have a limit on number of customers inside the store (creating queues outside them).
So a potential 2nd wave I think will not be taken as hard as the first one. I think people will think that all countermeasures already are in place and that we don't need to worry too much. But the forced vaccines and certificates could be a troubling scenario depending on how done. Happy to hear. Not much have happened here so not been any real updated worthy of posting. Number of hospitalized, dead and infected is flattening out and declining so I think we're over the worst. Some talk about a new potential wave of infected, but I think that is mostly from sources trying to defend Sweden's position where they have 100-200 deaths per day so they can pretend an similar death rate will come to Norway. And other than that I there is talk about setting up an testing program with 300k test per day (nationally) so everyone will be tested eventually.
But all in all I think Norway, at least, will go back to normal in the days to come. I don't think people are afraid anymore and just want to get back to visiting friends, family, partying and enjoying spring.
