This guy's nickname is chad, his part mexican in the lore. His a supporting character to Ichigo, the mc, in Bleach.
We later learn what fuels his powers. Guess what it is? He's what's know as a fullbringer, basically people who love an object so much that they can use that connection as their superpower.
This guy loved his dark skin so much that it became such an object.
So maybe, if he steals some shit, he will achieve his final form! ^^

I remember this character. I used to be a big Bleach fan.
It makes sense that he would have an Afro-Latino character, because Bleach borrows from a lot of African and Mexican aesthetics (particularly with the skull masks).
