I don't know how good it is and its bizarre index doesn't let me take away a even cursory impression to its quality as an imageboard in general. What qualifies as good varies so much between person to person that asking these sorts of questions is moot. A good imageboard to me is one that provides varying degrees of mare teat and anime breast sizes. Given this I'm going to assume that 39chan is SHIT for its lack of. You shouldn't care if I or anyone else feels that way though. In the same time you spent making all of these threads on all of these sites, solving all of these captchas and signing over your soul to all these admins, you could have instead just made some posts on 39chan. Go and post about Vocaloids there and see if the quality of responses you receive satisfy your desire for anonymous discussion. If they ban you for posting mares, you can always post them here.
